World's 10 Richest Cricket Boards -Bat Vs Ball Game

World's 10 Richest Cricket Boards | BCCI is ranked with a net worth of $2.25 billion.

Why is the BCCI the Richest Cricket Board?

There is no doubt that the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is the richest cricket board in the world. India's decades-long criminal love for sports contributed greatly to BCCI becoming rich and powerful. The insane  wealth generated by the matches of the Indian cricket team  has led to the Indian cricket board even beating the International Cricket Council (ICC) at times.

When it comes to the net worth of the world cricket boards, none of them come close to the power of the Board of  Cricket in India (BCCI). The commercialization of the 90s in terms of broadcasting rights and many other aspects made them bigger than any other and the growth did not stop in  two decades.

Although some boards around the world such as Sri Lanka Cricket Board (SLC), West Indies Cricket Board, New Zealand Cricket Board or Cricket South Africa had a great opportunity to be among the best there financially, Cricket Australia never got  there and Next to BCCI .

There are many factors that affect the financial prosperity of a board, but the main one  is always having a well performing cricket team. When a team does well, it automatically attracts more crowds and sponsorship deals, which eventually lead to  media outlets willing to pay huge sums for broadcast rights.

Many cricket boards began to experience huge financial success only after their teams began to do well on the field, and this has been noted in some cases, such as Sri Lanka or the Caribbean, whose board is struggling to function normally. because the team is not doing very well.

It is clear that many good minds are needed at the wheel to make an athletic body work profitably. The growth of  various cricket leagues was also an important factor.

Here is a list of the richest cricket boards in the world.
